The Qmin restaurant at the hotel adds much value. The gym does have adequate equipment for exercise. It includes two treadmills and also two stationary bikes. The hotel provides easy access to transportation options. The rooms includes flat-screen televisions and mini-fridges. I appreciated the hotel has cleanliness standards. I also found the breakfast buffet offers ample choice. It include local and international dishes. The hotel is located near key attractions. The staff does demonstrates professionalism. The hotel has an express check-in service. Staff seems handpicked and knows the hotel well. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. I observed that safety standards are commendable here. The rooms felt vibrant and full of life. The room include a comfortable bed. The morning breakfast does offer a good variety. Everything is stocked well, and shelves do add convenience.
The TV in my room did not work.

The location near the airport is convenient. The breakfast had a decent selection. Mukesh from the front office was very polite. He helped with a fast check-in. I was grateful for that.
The hotel corridors had a noticeable odor. I found the overall setting to be quite cheap. This hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel.

I found Mr Onil from Housekeeping to be really good. He was always prompt and courteous. He ensured all my needs were met with professionalism. The room cleaning was neatly done.
I found that waiting for a long time before I could get my order was a problem. The service was mediocre. I had to wait ages. My guests had to leave without a drink because of this delay.

i found the hotel showcased exemplary hospitality. the rooms are smart and creative.. everything i could possibly need was stocked on the shelves. i thought the breakfast spread was a delight with many options.
the tv in my room didn't work. it was overpriced for a tiny place that is not 5 star. i could hear neighbors screaming, ringing the bell, and shouting.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport

My room was very comfy and tidy. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job. Food was delicious and all amenities were in place in the room. I thank Saqlain, Shree, and Shubham for taking care of my stay.
The check-in process was not smooth. I waited about 20 minutes. At one point, I was asked to take a seat. It was a bit slow. breakfast was not included. This surprised me, given this is a 4-star hotel.
